 Where is your gym? 
We are based in Winchmore Hill Library, Green Lanes. Next to the big Sainsbury's 
 When are the sessions? 
 We have sessions available every weekday morning (between 6-12pm) and evening (4:30-8:30pm) plus Saturday mornings (7:30-1:30pm). 
 How long are the sessions? 
 Every session is 45-minutes long. 
Are the session days and times flexible? 
 Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week. 
When can I start? 
 Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start right away. 
When are the intro sessions? 
 We have intro sessions available every Wednesday 1230pm and Saturday 130pm. 
How much is it? 
 The challenge is currently £300 £199. 
Do I need to be fit already?
Nope. We'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level. 
What if it doesn't work for me?
If you stick to the programme and don't get results, we'll give you your money back.
