Q: Where is your gym? 
We're based in Winchmore Hill Library, Green Lanes N21 3AP. Next to Sainsbury's 
Q: Is there parking available? 
Yes, we have limited parking on-site. Or you can park at Sainsbury's or streets near by 
Q: When are the sessions? 
Weekdays 6:00am-12pm and 4:30pm-8:30pm. Saturdays 7:30am–1:30pm. 
Q: How long are the sessions?
Every group personal training session is 45-minutes long. 
Q: Are the session  times flexible? 
Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week. 
Q: When can I start? 
Once you've completed payment and you can book an intro session and get started right away. 
Q: When are the intro sessions? 
We have intro sessions available every Tuesday 12pm or Saturday 1:30pm 
Q: What's included? 
Coach led training, nutrition support, weekly check-ins and accountability, and our app full of resources
Q: Do I get coached? 
Yes – this a fully coached program. 
Q: How much is it? 
The challenge is currently £239. 
Q: Do I need to be fit already? 
No –  we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your fitness level.
